DIMMING CONTROL NOT WORKING, STAYS BRIGHT. REPLACED V101 PHOTOCELL AND S103 IDT SWITCH.  REPAIRED.  TESTED.  CHECKED 28V LIGHTING.  BENCH CHECK GOOD.
