TRANSPONDER WILL NOT REPORT.  REPLACED CAVITY OSCILLATOR V101.  REPAIRED.  ADJUSTED FREQUENCY, COOKED UNIT, VIBRATED AND PUT IN FREEZER.  BENCH CHECK GOOD.
