TRANSPONDER MODE C INOPERATIVE. PERFORMED PRELIMINARY INSPECTION.  FOUND POWER OUT LOW, ADJUSTED V101. NO HELP.  REPLACED V101 CAVITY TUBE P/N C2080A.  REPAIRED.  BENCH CHECK GOOD.
