## Discrepancy

TRANSPONDER OUTPUT WEAK; INOPERATIVE. REPLACED WEAK V101 CAVITY OSCILLATOR AND WEAK V301 PHOTODETECTOR THAT WAS CAUSING WEAK REPLY.  BENCH CHECK GOOD.
