TRANSPONDER IDENT BUTTON INOPERATIVE, DISPLAY UNCLEAR. PERFORMED PRELIMINARY INSPECTION.  REPLACED PHOTOCELL V101 AND IDENT BUTTON S103 AND DISPLAY LENS.  REPAIRED.  BENCH CHECK GOOD.
