ENGINE REMOVED ON 10-9-14 DUE TO METAL IN OIL.  NR 5 BEARING EXHIBITS HEAVY SPALLING ON NR 5 BEARING BALLS.  PART RETURNED TO MFG FOR FURTHER EVALUATION.
