## Discrepancy

TURBINE REMOVED FOR OVERHAUL 10-16-14.  REMOVED NR 5 BEARING DUE TO PROBABLE SPALLING ON OUTER RACE AT SPLIT.  PART WILL BE RETURNED TO MFG FOR FURTHER EVALUATION.
