## Discrepancy

ENGINE REMOVED 6-26-15 DUE TO METAL IN OIL.  NR 5 BEARING EXHIBITED SPALLING OUTER RACE, BALLS & DAMAGED SEPARATOR.  REPLACED WITH NEW NR 5 BEARING.  PART WILL BE SUBMITTED TO FOR FURTHER EVALUATION.
