## Discrepancy

TURBINE REMOVED 10-9-15 FOR HOT END INSPECTION DUE TO ENGINE HAIR NET INGESTION.  REMOVED NR 5 BEARING DUE TO SPALLING OUTER RACE AT SPLIT.  SCRAPPED PART AND REPLACED WITH NEW.
