## Discrepancy

ENGINE REMOVED 5-28-16 FOR REPAIR DUE TO TURBINE O/H AND 2000 HR INSPECTION.  TURBINE NR 5 BEARING SPALLING ON OUTER RACE SPLIT.  REPLACED WITH NEW NR 5 BEARING.
