## Discrepancy

TURBINE REMOVED 6-21-15 FOR OVERHAUL DUE TO METAL IN OIL.  REMOVED NR 5 BEARING DUE TO SPALLING.  FOUND SPALLING ON OUTER RACE AT SPLIT.  SCRAP PART AND REPLACED WITH NEW BEARING.
