## Discrepancy

ENGINE REMOVED 7-23-16 FOR O/H AND 2000 HR INSPECTION.  NR 5 BEARING EXHIBITED SPALLING AT OUTER RACE SPLIT.  REPLACED WITH NEW NR 5 BEARING.
