## Discrepancy

LANDED DUE TO SEVERE VIBRATION.  TAIL ROTOR BLADE TIP BLOCK CAME OFF OF BLADE.  MOUNT STUDS BROKEN ON TAIL ROTOR GEARBOX.  MOUNT CASTING CRACKED.
