## Discrepancy

TURBINE UNIT WAS RECEIVED FOR LOUD NOISE DURING IDLE AND BAD VIBRATIONS. DURING OVERHAUL INSPECTION THE PT OUTER SHAFT WAS IDENTIFIED WITH A CRITICAL ISSUE, A VISIBLE CRACK IN THE COMPONENT.
