INSTALLED NEW SUPPORT / SHEAR TIE LESS FASTENERS THRU SKIN IAW SRM 51-40-02 REV 58.  APPLIED SURFACE PROTECTION TO EXTERIOR SKIN IAW CPM 51-21-05 REV 10.
