## Discrepancy

RADAR SPIKES RADAR FAILED ENROUTE TO FLO.  THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY WAS AHEAD OF THE FLIGHT.  DISPATCHER AND CAPTAIN CHOSE TO HAVE FLIGHT RETURN.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RADAR RT.  OPS CHECK GOOD IAW SB 34-18.  (K)
