## Discrepancy

FOUND 3 RIVETS MISSING IN STRINGER 31S TO FRAME X167 GUSSET JOINT.  ONE HOLE HAD A CLECO STILL INSTALLED FROM FACTORY. REMOVED CLECO AND INSTALLED RIVETS.
