FOUND MULTIPLE EMERGENCY LIGHTS INOP.  FOUND EMERGENCY LIGHTS BATTERY PACKS 3351-PS1, 3351-PS2 AND 3351-PS4 DISCHARGED.  REPLACED BATTERY PACKS.
