MID CABIN OVERHEAD WHITE DOWN EMERGENCY LIGHT OUT.  MAINTENANCE RELAMPED, NO FIX.  ALLOWED EMERGENCY BATTERIES TO CHARGE OFF AIRCRAFT POWER.  RELATCHED EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY DISABELING CIRCUIT PER MAINTENANCE MANUAL 33-35-00.  OPS CHECK GOOD.
