LEFT MLG FWD DOOR OPENED IN FLIGHT AFTER GEAR RETRACTION SEQUENCE WAS COMPLETE.  RERIGGED ALTERNATE EXTENSION CABLES FOR LT FWD DOOR ACTUATOR.
