## Discrepancy

F/A NOTICED SMOKE AND ELECTRICAL SMELL IN CABIN.  FOUND CENTER OVERHEAD LIGHT AT ROW 8 DIM AND BALLAST EXTREMELY HOT TO THE TOUCH.  REPLACED THE LUMINAIRE/BALLAST ASSY.
