NOISE NOTED AT AIRSTAIR DOOR EXTERIOR AFTER T/O AIR TURNBACK, FOUND PROP TIE STREAMER HANGING FROM AIRSTAIR DOOR PROP TIE STORAGE AREA.  INSPECTION OF ACFT FOUND NO DAMAGE.
