ON TAKEOFF ROLE NR 2 PROP FEATHERED AT 30% TORQUE.  ARM LIGHT WAS NOT ILLUMINATED.  ABORTED TAKEOFF.  UNABLE TO DUPLICATE PROBLEM.  REPLACED NR 2 TSCU.
