EMERGENCY LIGHTS FLICKER IN FLIGHT.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 2 BRUSH BLOCK AND CLEANED CONNECTOR AND SLIP RINGS FOR T/S.  GROUND RAN, OPS CHECKED GOOD FOR PROP HEAT OPERATION, EMERGENCY LIGHTS DID NOT FLICKER, OPS CHECK OK FOR SERVICE.
