STRONG ODOR OF FUEL IN CABIN WITH NO AIR CONDITION RUNNING.  INSPECTED APU BAY, NO FUEL LEAKS NOTED.  GROUND RAN NR 2 ENGINE WITH BLEEDS ON, FUEL ODOR DECREASED, OK FOR SERVICE AT THIS TIME.
