## Discrepancy

ON TAKEOFF, FLAP HANDLE SELECTED TO ZERO. WOULD NOT RETRACT.  STUCK AT 5.  FOUND BROKEN WIRE ON FLAP HANDLE ARMING SWITCH, RESOLDERED SAID WIRE IAW AMM 20-45-04. OPS CHECKED GOOD AT THIS TIME.
