INBD STATIC WICK BASE HAS WICK BROKEN INSIDE.  REMOVED STATIC WICK, INSTALLED NEW STATIC.  WICK BASE READS .11 MIL OHMS AND STATIC WICK READS 40 MEGA OHMS.
