F/O OBSERVED PUFF OF SMOKE FROM FORWARD WINDSCREEN WHILE OPERATING.  FOUND HARDWARE FOR POWER TERMINAL ON WINDSCREEN TERMINAL BLOCK INCORRECTLY INSTALLED.  R & R SCREWS.  RAN ACFT IAW SRT MANUAL.  OPS CHECKED GOOD. CLEARED MEL.
