ON CLIMB OUT, EMERGENCY LIGHTS FLICKERED MOMENTARILY.  OPS NORMAL AT THIS TIME.  INSPECTED AND CLEANED BRUSH BLOCK AND CONNECTOR PLUGS.  GROUND RAN ACFT. PROPELLER HEAT AND EMERGENCY LIGHTS OPS CHECKED GOOD AT THIS TIME.  OK FOR SERVICE.
