CAPTAIN'S WINDSHIELD HEAT INOPERATIVE.  REPLACED LOOSE RING TERMINAL ON TERMINAL "B", PRIMARY HEAT ELEMENT AND ALTERNATE HEAT ELEMENT OHM`D OUT NORMALLY.  GROUND RAN ACFT WITH CREW AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.
