## Discrepancy

NR 2 PROPELLER A PHASE CAUSES EMERGENCY LIGHTS TO FLICKER AT 1050.  INSPECTED BRUSH BLOCK AND NR 2 PROP HEATER BLADE WIRING. GROUND RAN ACFT WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.
