STRONG ELECTRICAL ODOR IN CABIN.  INSPECTED AND FOUND L2 RING TERMINAL ON F/O WINDSCREEN BURNED.  R & R RING TERMINAL.  CHECKED ALL RESISTANCE VALVES AT WINDOW.  NO DEFECTS NOTED.  OPERATED WINDSCREEN HEAT.  OPS CHECKED GOOD AT THIS TIME.
