AUTOFEATHER DID NOT ARM, DOES STATIC TEST OK.  COULD NOT DUPLICATE.  R & R RELAY 6121-K5 FOR TROUBLESHOOTING.  GROUND RAN,  OPS CHECKED GOOD AT THIS TIME.
