EMERGENCY LIGHTS FLICKERED DURING CLIMBOUT, CYCLED EMERGENCY LIGHT CONTROL SWITCH AND OPS CHECKED NOMAL.  INSPECTED AND FOUND BAD PROPELLER LEAD ON NR 2 PROP, NR 3 BLADE. R & R LEAD. OPS CHECKED GOOD. OK FOR SERVICE.
