EMERGENCY LIGHTS ILLUMINATED INTERMITTENTLY DURING FLIGHT.  INSPECTED NR 1 BRUSH BLOCK CONNECTOR AND FOUND TO BE CONTAMINATED WITH DEICE FLUID.  CLEANED AS REQUIRED STANDARD PRACTICE. GROUND RAN ACFT.  OPS CHECKED NORMAL.
