EVIDENCE OF BIRDSTRIKE UNDER RT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER.  PERFORMED BIRDSTRIKE 
INSPECTION, FUSELAGE TO NACELLE DE-ICE BOOT HAS 2 SMALL HOLES AND SMALL CUT TO REMOVE REMAINS. NO OTHER DEFECTS FOUND.
