## Discrepancy

ALL CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTS FLICKERED ON TAKEOFF.  PROP HEAT WAS SELECTED OFF.  R & R CONTACTOR 2431-K18 USING RETAINED HARDWARE.  GROUND RAN ACFT WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.  OK FOR SERVICE.
