EMERGENCY LIGHTS FLICKERED WHEN PROP HEAT "A" PHASE ON.  EITHER TIMER.  R & R RT ENGINE BRUSH BLOCK DUE TO SUSPICIOUS.  GROUND RAN AIRCRAFT. COULD NOT DUPLICATE EMERGENCY LIGHT DISCREPANCY ON GROUND ON ANY PHASE.  PROP HEAT CHECKED GOOD.
