DURING TAKEOFF ROLL, AUTOFEATHER WOULD NOT ARM.  REJECTED TAKEOFF.  POWER DOWN, POWER UP ACFT.  CREW CYCLED POWER LEVERS THROUGHOUT RANGE AND GROUND RAN ACFT. AUTOFEATHER SYSTEM, OPS CHECKED NORMAL.
