NOSE GEAR DOOR AMBER LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED AFTER GEAR RETRACTION. EXTENDED LANDING GEAR AND LIGHT REMAINED ON.  R & R NOSE GEAR DOOR ACTUATOR IAW 32-20-26. SWUNG GEAR SEVERAL TIMES.  OPS CHECKED GOOD.  OK FOR SERVICE.
