LT ELEVATOR HORN HEAT CAUTION LIGHT ILLUMINATED WITH NO LOADS.  SWAPPED ELEVATOR HORN HEAT SWITCH 3015-S4 AND 3015-S5 TO ALTERNATE POSITION.  GROUND RAN ACFT WITH CREW.  OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW SRT MANUAL.
