F/A PANEL EMERGENCY CALL BUTTON ILLUMINATES AND COMMUNICATIONS IS INTERMITTENT.  R & R F/A CONTROL PANEL NO FIX.  REINSTALLED ORIGINAL PANEL. R & R HANDSET AND CRADLE ASSY.  OPS CHECK GOOD IAW MM 23-40-06.  OK FOR SERVICE.
