APPLIED T/O POWER AND AUTOFEATHER WOULD NOT ARM, ACFT RETURN TO GATE.  INSPECTED WIRING, CLEANED AND INSPECTED SWITCHES 6121-S6 AND 6121-S7.  OPS CHECKS GOOD IAW ENGINE RIGGING MANUAL.
