THREE OTBD DEICE BOOTS FOR LEFT WING INFLATE INTERMITTENTLY IN SLOW, FAST AND NORMAL.   REMOVED AND REPLACED OUTBOARD DISTRIBUTOR VALVE IAW MM 30-10-16. OK FOR SERVICE.
