## Discrepancy

AUTOFEATHER FAILED TO ARM DURING TAKE OFF ROLL.   RAN AIRCRAFT AND CHECKED AUTOFEATHER SYSTEM.  FOUND TO BE ARMING BELOW 70% TORQUE AT 31 DEGREES PLA AT 4 C OAT.  AUTOFX OPS NORMAL.
