ON CLIMB AROUND 10,000 FT FA EMERGENCY LIGHTS CAME ON AND STAYED ON.   OPERATIONALLY CHECKED THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM IAW WC 33-70-17. NO DEFECT FOUND. EMS LIGHTS OPS CHECK GOOD
