DAU 2 FAIL DISPLYED DISPLAYED SEVERAL TIMES MOMENTARILY WITH BURNING ODOR FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES, SMELL WAS ELECTRICAL IN NATURE.  R&R DAU NR 2 IAW AMM 31-40-01-04. PERFORMED OPS CHECK, NO DEFECTS OF MSG OM EICAS NOTED AT THIS TIME. RAN PACKS NO BURNIING SMELL NOTED. RAN BOTH ENGINES, INDICATIONS STYED IN VIEW ALL TIMES AND NO DAU 2 MSG OR BURNING ODOR AT THIS TIME. INSPECTED BOTH RELAY PANELS LT & RT AS REQUIRED, NO DEFECTS NOTED OR BURNING SIGNS. OPS CHECK GOOD ACFT OK FOR SERVICE.
