FLAP FAIL DISPLAYED ON EICAS ON APPROACH. RMU SHOWS RT FLAP AT 41 DEGREES & LEFT FLAP BLANKED OUT. EICAS & ACTUAL FLAP SHOWS 45 DEGREES BOTH SIDES.   FACT  24JAN26  05:15  ERI   REMOVED AND REPALCED FECU IRT AMM #27-53-02, OPS CHECK PERFORMED IRT AMM TASK #27-51-00. OPS CHECK GOOD. A/C OKAY FOR SERVICE.
