BURNING SMELL WITH PACK 2 SELECTED.    INSPECECTED AND FOUND PACK 2 RUNNING FINE WITHOUT SMELL. FOUND GASPER FAN TO BE CAUSE OF BURNING SMELL. SEE SEQ 3 FOR NEW WRITEUP. ALSO R/RD ROW 12A BALLAST IAW AMM 33-21-05.A/C OK FOR SERVICE. RAN PACKS FOR 30 MIN NO SMELL NOTED.   GASPER FAN CAUSES BURNING SMELL.  R & R AFT GASPER FAN IAW AMM 21-23-03.  OPS CHECKED GOOD. CLEAR MEL
