POPCORN ODOR IN FLIGHT DECK AFTER E1 START. IN CRUISE CO DETECTOR ALERTED NO ODOR REPORTED IN CABIN.  R & R BLOWN DUCT SLEEVE IAW AMM 21-51-04 OPS CHECKED GOOD. NO ODOR WITH APU OR ENGINES RUNNING.  ACFT OK FOR SERVICE.
